I have heard from some of my seniors that those students that do very well in their ecadamic carrier end up with an ordinary carrier. You call it as their fortune or what ever but this is a fact. On the other hand ordinary students some times end up with very amazing carriers. These people are very successful in their life. I dont know the reason behind it but this is a fact. I am not saying that those students that are doing well always end up in an unsuccessful carrier, some of the brilliant minds have always proved themselves. But I am actually trying to understand why does it happen. A few months earlier when I was doing my research project, I was greatly helped by a PhD student. I was a great admirer of her talents. I used to think that this person is going to end up in a very successful future. She was offered that PhD, you can easily guess how brilliant she was. When I was writing the acknowledgement page of my thesis, I wished to write that my supervisors were just rubbish and it was all due to that brilliant girl that I was able to finish my project. Today I have heard from her that she had resigned from her PhD. Really I am so unhappy over her own decision. So can we call it a dilema. Oh GOD i am unable to understand it, but my mom always used to say that if you are unable to get something that you really shud have then there is somthing good for you that you can not understand. Hope this comes true for her.
